Terms of Service
This ZBC-Upload Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which ZBC-Upload ("We") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
- Child pornography is prohibited. Copyrighted materials are also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete images or videos at any time without User notification.
- Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, ZBC-Upload is under no obligation to become involved.
- ZBC-Upload is not liable for your images, videos or files or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images, videos or files.
DMCA
Although ZBC-Upload is not under the jurisdiction of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512 ("DMCA"), we accept notices of any copyright infringment from the copyright owner.
We treat every abuse very seriously. If you wish to report a copyright infringement you have to it properly in accordance with DMCA procedure.
To file a valid DMCA Notice, you need to provide us with the following information:
1. Identify and establish yourself as an owner of copyrighted work or provide proof of exclusive rights that you believe were infringed. If you are a person acting on behalf of such owner, please include proof (copy of an agreement, power of attorney or authorization letter) for verification purposes.
2. Include all your contact information: your name, business mailing address, day time phone number, and email address.
3. Identify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed.
4. Inform us of the location on the web (Internet) of copyrighted materials that allegedly are infringing your copyrights, of the location of these materials on Zbcupload by including URLs on Zbcupload.com containing aforementioned materials. Do not send any file attachments, images, PDFs e.t.c., we will not open them for security reasons. Include only the list of URLs in a simple text format, one URL per line.
5. It is very important for you to make sure that you only include material you have the authority over.
6. In your report include a statement worded: "I believe in good faith that use of the aforementioned material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law".
7. Write a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury. If filing your notice on paper, it must be signed with your actual signature. If filing electronically please include electronic signature with your report.
To file your DMCA report, your valid DMCA Notice must be sent to Zbcupload.com email: [email protected]
Please note that only those abuse reports sent directly to [email protected] will be accepted for a review.
Zbcupload.com will follow the necessary procedures to investigate and if needed to properly enforce rights of copyright holders. When we to the best of our ability determine that your abuse report is in fact valid and truthful we will schedule the infringing material for removal, which takes anywhere from 1 to 24 hours.
If Zbcupload users submitting or downloading the aforementioned materials believe that their use of materials was lawful, they have the right of sending a Counter Notice. Zbcupload will comply with the DMCA provisions in the event a counter notification is received.

We are only a file hosting service for individual users. We have not been aware of, have no intention or relation whatsoever to the content of any uploaded files.
We clearly state in our website that we do not allow users to store any copyright violated files or child pornography in our website, with no exception in any case.
Moreover, everytime before uploading files, all users must read and agree to our TOS, and we do have the function for them to clearly read and accept our TOS.
In addition, every day we have been undertaking files monitoring operations to remove the violated files as many as we can.
However, since there are an hourly increasing number of files uploaded and most of them have no obvious information attached to them, it is not possible for us to examine every single file every hour, in the eyes of a Reasonable Person. Therefore, we are willing to accept any due notices and remove the violated files promptly.
If you found any child pornography, please send the URLs of Zbcupload.com containing the files to us to remove them as soon as possible. If you are a legal copyright owner or an authorized agent, please follow the due procedure below to remove the files. We are committed to remove any violated files urgently.
So far, we have been actively cooperating with numerous copyright owners and authorized agents. Our records can prove clearly that we have successfully removed the violated files, completely and permanently, within 24 hours after receiving the due notices from the legal copyright owners or authorized agents.
